I went to buy a guitar. It was a Yamaha C40. The guitar was there. The price was slightly higher than the Yamaha store but almost negligible. I said I would come on a specific day to buy it for a friend's birthday. The store owner agreed. However on that specific day I called for many times and he didn't answer and after trying for a long time he answered and said he won't open the store that day. I wasn't even able give the present to the friend on his birthday. So on customer experience this is one of the worst places. Then I ordered through wasi.lk and got the product within 2days.
