So far the best place I found in terms quality of the work and the time taken for the full service. Today, they started on time and took only two hours for the full service, great! That was the time actually a full service requires (1.5 to 2hrs; i.e mechanical 30 minwash 30 minfinishing 30min). Lot of other places take 4-5 hours due to poor scheduling. Anyway, I saw today that my vehicle was parked outside for almost 30 minutes after completing the service before handing over to me probably due to some attitude problem with the office staff. In most of the places, the biggest problem is office staff. Technicians were good in most of the places. Because of this total time taken was 2.5 hours. Quality of the maintenance given to vehicle was perfect. Labor cost was unreasonably high compared to all other places. Their service record book is useless. It contains only the date and mileage. So when we want to see the maintenance history we have to go though all their invoices etc. I hope they will introduce a better record book at least to indicate the parts they replaced. They refused to make a note on my own service record book (pretty robotic response "we cannot write anything on this book, sir"). Anyway, overall I give 5 stars because it was the best service in terms of quality and importantly the time taken so far.

Went for a full service. They did a great job for the price. Little bit expensive compared to other places but the service worth the extra money. Highly consider about customer. This place follows covid restrictions very seriously. Have free wifi.
It is with utmost happiness i would like to share this, on the 17th of March 2021 we had the routined service scheduled and with sadness we had to hand over the vehicle bearing the loss of a highly valued gold ring which was missing for weeks, to our suprise Toyota Lanka Matara found it and returned it. We are pleased and overwhelmed by there sincerity and their trustworthiness of the employees and we would like to thank Toyota Lanka Matara on behalf of Nizam Gold House Matara for returning the valuble item back.
