Needed balloons urgently for an evening function today. Called them from morning no answer. Visited the address mentioned on website. They made me stand outside for 20 min in the hot sun and I was pregnant . The maid said madam is busy. So i asked whether it was possible or not to purchase. She went in but never came out.after 20 min i was told that it's only online purchase. Very disappointed at the service.this was my first visit.will never visit or recommend them to anybody.
The individual behind twinkle and tassels is amazing! She is so passionate about the balloon service and she does it from her heart and is available 24/7. She technically has a balloon to match every mood/occasion. I remember when she initially started I was so excited to get my hands on these balloons as there was a need in Sri Lanka for customized balloons. Ever since I’ve seen Twinkle and tassels grow in their own unique way with so many Creative ideas. Looking forward to getting more balloons done by them and see them grow further.
