I really recommend this place for any kind of vehicle repairment or for a vehicle service. They are masters of that. Prices are really affordable and value for many is very high. Staff is friendly and always helpful.
Work was done in a very timely and orderly manner. Good quality work too. Excellent service by the staff who are very friendly. Overall great service and a great job. Definitely recommending to anyone.
This is not a place with Value for money. Typical garage culture. They take ages to find a spare part and then give us for thrice the price outside. Be very careful....They have some connection to TOYOTA I guess. But this is an utter failure. TOYOTA is going to definitely ruin their name with this if it has any connection. Anyways do not recommend to anyone.
Very comfortable customer waiting area. Friendly staff. Have invevesteded huge amount for the infrastructure. The problem here is supervising part and qulity check is not adequate. Suggest them to improve this ASAP. I have been to almost all the service stations and car wash places in Wattala area (1 km radius from Pit & Drive) and if I rank the places this place will get the last. Either they should train or recruit trained and qualified staff and supervisors or stop the car wash business before it damage the co business. Further I would suggest to fix CCTV Cameras to cover all the areas and connect them customer waiting area. Security staff greeted me and they are smart and helpful. Hope the managment will take necessary action to improve on above areas.
