Very disappointed !!! Poor customer service. Service agents are not properly trained to service or retain their new and existing customers, including their experienced and matured staff. Everything needs to be requested, even the order. Time wasting place. Takes more than one hour to deliver their service. cant recommend this place to anyone. No any proper communication between Leone's front end staff and kitchen staff. They have enough staff members to serve their customers. Most of them are in idle stage but don't like to help or listen their customers. Seems like due to their internal processes they wont help for other customers who are seated other tables. Really disappointed. Do not visit this place to waste your valuable time !!!!! NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE....!!!

A good place to have a meal on your way in Kandy road. They have a ample parking spaces and plenty of dining space inside. It can get very crowded most of the time. Service is good. Although a large crowd is there they served us in an acceptable time. Prices are in higher side but food is really good.
This place has a very nice ambience. All the food ordered were microwaved and served hot. Tables were clean. You can have your food in a chill mode. The rustic theme this venue possesses increases the apetite more
One of the best places to have a snack or meals while traveling on the Kandy-Colombo road. The place is very clean and maintains good hygiene all the time (including the washrooms. Food is tasty and have many varieties, including buffet. Staff is friendly and professional, however I experienced slight delays when the place is bit crowded. Prices are bit higher than the average but it's totally acceptable considering the high quality they maintain.

Best place to have a meal if you're traveling on kandy road. Buffet is available. Breakfast buffet has variety of items. I recommend to anyone this restaurant.
