Very poor service. I bought a 5Kw generator with ATS form them 2 months a go. ATS was malfunctioning and power went at my home. I contact them and the technical staff said warranty is only for factory faults and they can't do anything. I'm very disappointed as it has 6 months warranty. Be careful and I never recommend them.
