Poor service. lack of knowledge about the service and the procedure. They do not know how to speak politely with the customer.

Customer service manager needs to seriously improve her PR skills , very rude and needs to focus on “ CUSTOMER SERVICE “ which I think is the purpose of her being seated there ( 19/02-12noon) ! Thank god we have institutes called private banks otherwise will will be stuck with these primitive attitudes and services!

Customer service is very inefficient, there are no proper queues for anything other than cash deposits. Issue is not with the staff but their old and unorganized system. They should adapt the modern systems like using a kiosk like Borella BoC and any other bank systems in developed countries. Hopefully this will be noticed by relevant people.
