The people at Cameron Dog Foundation truly care about all dogs and not just puppies for a tourist trap. Many places in Sri Lanka claim to be dog shelters but only keep puppies at the front of the house so that it gets the tourists going "Awwwww" and then they hand over their money for donations which is not spent on the dogs but on the lifestyles of the staff and owners. The CDF spay or neuter any dog for free which is the most vital thing to stop the population from growing and therefor the needless suffering of so many animals.
