charging customers without notifying and takes weeks to make adjusted refunds. Shame on u frimi. Initially u charged for 2020 without notifying and lator corrected to 2021 due to customer complaints. You would shamely charge, if not for the complaints. PS : A notification about a possible request of refund was not sent via an email or app notification. They just posted a facebook post, expecting every Frimi user to like their page and check their status everyday ? Still so much shame on you Frimi And for the record, the fee update was not communicated directly with a suitable topic. The title of the so called notification was to "Update your Frimi" . You call it notification of a tarrif update ? more shame

Not answering hotline. Used to have a good customer service which is the exact reason I chose to use Frimi.

Good app. Has really improved recently
Earlier i was very much satisfy with the frimi..But now it was hated..call centre is the worst call centre i have ever seen..not answering..i try again and again.no use..And also now it charge high amount for annual fee than other banks..totally dissapointed..Time to change.
Frimi used to be a great app. but since he last update all the top-up amounts are fixed and can not proceed other transactions using different bank accounts too.So only point to keep other bank linked to the app is just for top up, which is sad. This app is useless for me now.
The best mobile banking app out there. Funniest thing is my friends who works at other banks uses FriMi over their own mobile banking apps.
