Quite and calm place. Staff very helpfull. Sometimes the work move bit slowly when you are in a rush. Overall it's a good banking environment.

Highly recommended since this is a government bank and giving good financial support for purchasing properties and vehicles. And It has Government Central Bank protection for Deposits.
Can't even give one start this bank... they made a mistake with my fixed deposit.... they were deducting 8% out of the intrest , when it was meant to be zero for couple of years. When I asked the manageress she just bluntly said it was a mistake of the bank, and nothing can be done now. She was very blunt. She should be taught how to treat customers... Learnt my lesson not trust banks... especially ones like this!

worst customer service , the staffs is not friendly .contact for emergency it's worst didn't answer the phone.
