Great place to experience authentic Japanese cuisine in Colombo. Its located at the second floor of Arcade Independence Square main building and the interior is quite spacious with wooden furniture and adequate lighting. Their menu contains a variety of popular Japanese dishes including some signature beverages both alcohol and non-alcoholic. Staff is polite and greets every guest as they enter the restaurant. Food is authentic, absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. Prices seems moderate and three people can dine for about Rs. 5,000. If you're a "Nihonshoku" lover, this could be a perfect spot!

Very nice ambiance. When I visited this place it was us and one more group of people only. So it was a calm dinner outing. But I assume when it’s crowded the place should be noisy. Talking about the staff, they are so friendly. Served food quite fast and explained the menu really well. The portions are quite big. I would say two girls could share one dish. Their coffee jelly dessert is sooo nice and worth to try. I do not think you can find similar dessert anywhere else.
My family and I went there to dine and we were thoroughly upset about the meal given. And also it was a very poor meal plus it was not at all a Japanese dinner! I maybe be able to rate 7/10 for the sushi which was given as a starter. The meal was cold too! I bought a set and they said their giving batter fried prawns. And there was only ONE prawn and rest of them were batter fried VEGETABLES! Not worth for the money we paid. Very disappointing! Never ever recommend this place! Thank u for reading mine! Great Japanese food for Vegetarians, glad to see that they have a decent variety of options and that they make an effort to cater to all your requirements. Staff very kind and helpful.

Superb place to enjoy authentic japanese cousins in SriLanka. sushi , yakisoba and gohan were Almost the same taste as we had in Japan. Felt so awsome. Good place, good staff.... Thank you guys.......
Very good food. Staff is great but some trainee staff can be a little slow. Prices are slightly high but given the the quality of food it's justifiable. Great sushi and Japanese green tea is also very nice. The menu is well very detailed with pictures so it's easy to order. Even the staff will explain the different options if you are not familiar with Japanese cousin.
Food and service was spot on. Ideal for a quiet lunch with the limited number of guests venturing out these days. Decent value proposition on most of the menu items.
