Not good enough to say. With the exception of one person, the staff here behave very rudely. They think of themselves as the owners of Dialog. They don’t care about anyone. The weakest staff I have ever seen.

Customer care has to be improve very much. A customer is not provided a seat or chair to sit down when talking to the manager. Dialog has to improve attitudes of their staff more.
Staff sits here and there joking. Do not care about customers. very unprofessional. need a proper training for the staff

Please do not buy anything from here, you may get into trouble when claiming warrenty. Worst staff I have ever seen.

worst, worst worst customer service ever. selling refurbished dialog routers which will last around one week. staff need to be more graceful.
