There is no good treatment for customers. They think the bank has their money. When we go to get a service, we have to force it. The security forces think they are military leaders. They do not have a good relationship with us and there is no smile on their face. I also feel like going back when I get to the bank. Going into this is like going to the market to buy goods. Sometimes you have to listen to reprimands. Not a good bank.

Looking at the entenet it shows that the Galle Bank is open on Sundays. But it is closed.
Worst bank on earth.i was utterly disappointed with this bank for many years and finally managed to close all the accounts recently.it took 3 to 4 hours to close 3 accounts.Do not go
