We went to galle branch to customize a sunglass because my husband wears specs. So we choosed a pair of polarized frame & they said they will customize as our need, & also it is durable.We got the pair & it was same like the pair we selected. So we accept it & my husband took that out after 2-3 days to go out.then we noticed that frame is cracked. He didnt use it even a day, & it was in the given case. Since we couldnt contact them via phone, we went to the shop, then they said they will arrange another pair by next week. (I think they knew that there is a problem with the quality of the frame) then we got a call from them & they told that they have to bring that kind of frame from Colombo fort, but they cannot assure that it is durable or not what a surprise..first day they said that they provide the best, & they can fulfill our need. then we said we cannot go to that option.. then they said they will arrange that lenses to a normal frame..we had to pay more for that.. & also we had to visit them 3-4 times.. wonderful Finally we got a pair of dark lenses in a normal frame. We went there to cutomize a pair of sunglasses, then they provide a great service by providing a pair of glasses which looks like a sunglass.️ We dont know much about glasses, lenses & all know, thats why we go for someone called specialists.. .
