I regret going this place. I changed my lenses from here and now I'm having issue of reading angle. I have to turn head 15cm left side of the book to get clear view. When complaint they say it's frame issue and bent the frame. But as I see that they have fixed the lence incorrectly. For all you thinking of going should consider.
Excellent and professional service. Rukshan takes time and effort to do a thorough check of the eyes and ensure that the exact requirements are met. Ray ban has a fantastic selection of frames and at very reasonable rates. Half my family are loyal Customers.
I have been purchasing frames, lenses and sunglasses from Ray Ban for few years and have always been a very satisfied customer. They have an amazing variety of products suited for any price range and style. The customer service is of top notch. During the Covid pandemic, when curfew was imposed in Borella, I accidently broke my spectacle frame, completely due to my fault and had a hard time doing my work. When I mailed Mr. Rukshan he promptly suggested me all the possible options I can take in detail. Then he was kind enough to open the shop and swiftly change the frame during the difficult time. It was truly an amazing service provided by them. Thank you for always giving me good quality products and excellent service. Wish you all the best and definitely, Ray Ban would be my first choice for eyewear.
