We had the BBQ platter for 2, which costs 3800 Rupies including a soup, the platter and 2 bottles of water. The platter was not as expected, really boring. The seafood portion were small and the sausages awful. All in all, there are better options in Habarana for less money. Price-quality ratio not very good.

This restaurant was recommended to me by other travellers. I found the menu a little pricey for the area. I read the menu when I arrived and told the staff I decided not to stay. It may have been a slow night because they asked me how much I could afford to pay. That was the first time I negotiate my dinner. My meal was served with six side dishes. The food was tasty and had value for the price.

Yes two stars only. Its a place hidden from the road. Have to walk through a tiny ally. Not much advertisements on the record. Found it thanks to goole maps. Decided to go there coz of high reviews. Tiny cozy place. Covered by marsh and trees. Not much lighting and have a rustic theme for everything. Server was friendly. The menue wasnt extensive. Prices seems to be targeted towards foreigners. We went with a mixed grilled platter just to check out the food quality as we had time. Food took some time to come but it was freshly made. Taste wasnt fantastic. But the quantity was not enough for the price we had to pay. They servered enough condiments for three more plates. The plate consisted of garlic rice, two pieces of tasty grilled chicken, two cheap chicken sausages, few rings of calamari, one grilled prawn, overly salted and old french fires. Best thing on the dish was the salad. We decided not to order anymore. Wouldnt reccomend to locals as there are so many other better options for that price range.

We went to this restaurant twice in our four night stay in Habarana. The service and food was excellent each time. Sajeewa Lakmai is a master chief and provided amazing dishes on both nights. A restaurant not to be missed.
