No issues with the service fast and accurate..but they only accept cash also sometimes they do not have enogh change..so better to bring the correct amount of money.

They don’t call you back once your documents are ready, you have to go personally and check. However they will charge you for calls and sms without any shame, they will not reply to your emails but claims on website that within 1-2 weeks they will definitely reply. Website said it’s open on 6th Nov 2020 but once i reached their it’s was closed, I was trying to call but no answer as usual. Very very bad service
You should go before 1.00 pm. If you late you can get support from the types setting shop next to this. They will help to get even you late. On behalf of you they proceed. But it will cost
They don't open on time at 830am. Make you stand on the road like cattle until someone shows up. The service inside is better.
Went there post 4/21 incident. Was told it was comparatively less crowded. Got the work done with quite ease and probably fast than I expected
Worst service with no queue management and service agents who have no clue as to what they are doing. The girl at the reception had to go upstairs every time a applicant asked a question. Token number one took 30 minutes. Now it is past 2.5 hours and I am yet to be called upon for submission. Better apply for a full day's leave if you are thinking of submitting visa.
Update the website with latest requirements properly, some of the new finger print requirements are not listed in the website. Some requirements in the website and what they ask are contradicting. Also employ the staff who knows how to serve well the applicants, the security is indecent and this would bring bad image to indian high commission.
