It's a huge branch with great number of service stations so service is much faster than I imagined. Security will ask you to remove your hat but very nice bank. Great staff.

This is the first Green building in Jaffna and its a largest HNB branch in Northern Province.
Bank has a large building with an auditorium. Separate section is available for ATMs infront of the building. Another ATM is there attached to the bank building near the main entrance. Limited number of parking slots available in the basement of the building with wheelchair accessibility directly from parking to the elevator. Bank is located in the groung floor of the Tower Auditorium Building. Facilities of the auditorium are up to standards.
Good service. And This is a good greatest bank in Sri Lanka. They have good parking facilities. And they are also talk kindly with costumers
HNB Jaffna having a good team. But higher management of HNB is not good. They have many alligations against them. Hopefully, This bank will close its nothern and eastern branches as soon as possible. Their attitude on Tamil people is not recommendable for a national bank. They terminated employees for supporting their ethnicity.
