Most of their shoe products are the worst quality. I purchased a pair of slippers on the 14th December 2020, wore it twice and by the 18th December (4 days after purchase) the beaded slipper has come off. This is not the first time their products have caused these issues. You end up paying alot for poorly and cheaply done products.

Best place for quality leather footware and bags. Prices vary according to design. Teenagers may not be able to find fitting footwear as their designs are more fitting for adults
It's the best place to shopping in Sri Lanka if you are a leather lover. They have variety of products leather bags shoes and many other leather products. Great service and friendly staff.
Be careful when you buy their shoes! I had a bad experience that I had to seek medical attention! Their customer care services are very bad I used to buy shoes from them for years but this incident made me think otherwise Be cautious!!!!!!

I had a sad experience with a shop here in Colombo – Leather Collection in Flower Road, a shop I have appreciated for its collection for more than 20 years. Last Thursday evening, I bought a ring and a matching bangle – thought that was a late birthday gift to myself. I wore both the next day – Friday. By 11 am I noticed that parts of the ring (a stone looking like a geode with sparkling crystals) had disappeared. I took off the ring as it had lost its sparkle after 3 hours of wearing. I took it back to Leather Collection the next morning. The saleslady who had sold it to me was on duty and was surprised about what happened. She called a male colleague. I asked him to contact the artist to help repair it. He came back saying that would not be possible and then, a female colleague appeared – if I remember correctly, she was the buyer of Leather Collection. She made it clear that the geode was a false one, the crystals were sprayed on a base, making it appear like a geode. She was not sympathetic, saying that once sold, it is basically up to the client what happens to the artificial geode. I feel that this fact -artificial stones are used that won’t last even half a day - has to be clearly stated when buying jewellery. The buyer was not willing to listen to my concerns hence I handed back ring and bracelet and left the shop without getting a refund. I do not plan to return to Leather Collection in the future but recommend that the staff is trained in customer-oriented behaviour and the management reflects about transparent information on their items and a revised return policy.
