One of the worst service in Sri Lanka, extremely disappointed with the staffs and their services. Staffs are not trained well and they do not provide proper information to customers. At least the customer help desk people does know how to speak with customers. They never give us the passport within 4 days, it's been more than a month and still I didn't receive my passport. Not responding to emails and very difficult to collect proper information. They have understood that they are monopoly in the market and they miss use it.

Incompetent set of workers, unprofessional, does not deliver the passport on given time, I had to go twice on the same day to collect. In fact they tried to push the date further because they were lazy to finalize the work on the date they asked me to collect. I was given the passport and I was not told if my visa got rejected or not, as an applicant I wonder if they expect everyone to know how a visa rejection looks like instead of just delivering the passport without a word. I had to call them and mail them for two days to know if my visa is rejected, it’s not even that I asked for a reason why my visa is rejected. Educate them on how to provide a quality service or recruit staff who are capable of handling simple tasks professionally. GO TO A TRAVEL AGENCY AND THEY WILL PROCESS YOUR DOCUMENTS BETTER AND HANDLE MUCH PROFESSIONALLY. This is a major humiliation to Malaysian Visa Processing Authorities.

Do NOT recommend getting your visa processed here. First of all, the visa process is cheaper in a private agency and much easier as they will assist you on the process. This place however does not give clear information and does not work on time and they do not care about the customers time or money at all. They don't have the simplest decency to inform you the status of your visa when handing over the passport back to you. Ps. Their "One Stop Centre" title, is useless if it is such a hassle to get your visa processed over there.

This place is a waste of time. If this was a shop, it would have been closed so easily. First they don't have a parking lot. So we had to find a spot which was a hard task in the morning. Not only parking, wheelchair accessible entrance or wheelchair accessible parking not available there. Then we entered the place and I got a call, and there was a fat security lady was yelled at me, you must turn off your cell phone, I did it. But they can't force us to do that cause they can request it inside the visa area, not at the reception. That security lady was very rude and she was showing her petty behavior to all like a big shot there. I saw she was arrogantly scolded few people. And the receptionist didn't know how to explain about visa matters. Last time we checked they asked few documents to submit for visa. But today she told us many more. They didn't know the procedure. I'm really disappointed.

This has to be one of the worst service that I have ever experienced. I don't think the people who work there actually know what they are doing. Very poor service and unprofessional staff. I wonder if they are actually affiliated with Malaysia in any way. I highly do not recommend.

Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. Imagine getting your visa through them, only to find out that it has not been approved at the airport. Only to have them not answer their mobile phones. A mail only arrives several days later. That is not how visa or international travels work. That being said, if you are looking to waste 275 for the flight that you will not get to board due to their incompetence, plus their handling fees, and have a lot of time and money to spare, this is the place for you.

As a travel agent I do not recommend anyone to apply your visa from here, it is a shame that the srilankan people who work in here are very uneducated and unprofessional, It's sad that many people have placed alot of negative comments and still the Malaysian high commission has not taken any action to make a change and improve the professionalism. Also its funny that the consultant does not even know the documents that is required to apply the visa and themselves confused. I dont know who recruits these type of uneducated people to do such important job roles...
