Have purchased many products over the years. Have no issue to report . I have seen many reviews about bad services and customer support issues. The products neoview sell are in great condition when considering buying it elsewhere to a higher price ( Wireless keyboards , PC casings , and other pc accesories . Just check when you buy something and keep the bill for warrenties. Note - There is a large crowd during weekdays and saturday .

Not Much Satisfied. Waited much longer for an assistance. Some female workers don't gave the necessary knowledge about the products the shop has to sell. Time wasted. If was felt like I was in a shop which offers stuffs for free. No one paid their attention. But I should tell this one, the prices are much fair. Please Give more attention and respect for the buyers as these type of businesses are running because of the customers. That's why I'm giving a 3 star feedback. Thank You.
Heavy crowded and wrost customer service ever.. It was a nice place. Now i'm totally disappointed about them.. had to come three days row to claim warranty for 3 pc assembles. And also when they deliver the items, most of the time(this happened like 10 times) they swap the receive's address and I have to recall the items with extra time and cost. Not recommended for any pc build or anything other than If you want to buy the items or build any pc after a month.
The best computer and accessories seller in the area. they have almost all parts and they offer you discounts and warranty for their products too. I must say their products are in good quality and long lasting. Their staff is very kind and supportive. You can get your computer repaired from here too they have IT experts who makes it easy to repair your computer without any fuss
