Really bad customer care. Specially Audiologist isn't care about customers. Went to branch on doctor's recommendation to get a test done we wait long time to get done it audiologist didn't at office. Very Unsatisfied with your service as a reputed company.

Staff of the Piliyandala branch seems to be not helpful at all. I went to the Piliyandala branch to check the possibility of repainting my faded frames. The pair of glasses had been bought from the Kandy branch. A lady in the counter said I had to go to the Kandy branch itself to check..!!! She could have at least called the Kandy branch and asked.... I'm not sure why they even have multiple branches. Just for sales? Not for services?
