Not the smoothest online shopping experience that I had but could be worse. It took them 7 days to deliver my order and during that 7 days I couldn't even contact them as they were, Not replying to emails Not answering my calls Not replying to my FB messages. I ended up making a scene by posting negative reviews everywhere. Anyway, they came through on the 7th day and delivered my order. They claimed that it sometimes it takes them around 7-14days to complete orders that are located outside of the capital. So I guess it's ok. Communication should be improved though. The product was genuine and was of good quality. I will do business again with quantum without hesitation.

Great and quick service. My treadmill broke down and required a replacement of the main board. As promised, within 3 days they arrived with the new part. What I value most is the fact that their repairmen have common sense which most people lack. :D Thanks for your service. Very happy with my QT925 now.
