Price is fair but customer service is poor. I wanted to buy a samson c01 u pro but the owner is reluctant to give more details about the mic and surprisingly he was reluctant to even give the bank details for me to buy. After waiting a fair amount of time at the bank waiting for the owner to reply I gave up and bought the mic from Multi Audio Visual. Eventhough the price is Rs 600 higher than the tektronix store , their customer service was friendly and quick. I reccomend multi audio visual to get a good service if you are purchasing online.
