Best service is provided by the corporate banking unit. Really good understanding of the the customers need and helpful the client to overcome the situation. From top to bottom the officers are helpful and friendly. Customers car parking space is really a challenge. Corporate branch is open till 5pm for banking services

This is the head office of Bank of Ceylon/ BOC or commonly known as Lanka Bank. This banking complex works 24/7. Anyone can get service anytime in the day. A big building with so many floors available here. Well organized place with good security system and armed security personnel. Customer care is fine most of the time. All the banking services available here. Big space available here for parking. But finding a spot is quite challenging lot of times. Wheelchair accessible entrance and wheelchair accessible parking available.
Your ATM deposit mechian operating system is very bad. Every Coustomers can't changing money in diposit. Ex:5000*27135000 I like to Diposit 132500. How is possible ?Your machine could not deliver balance cash . Upgrade your ATM Operating system. Some bench employees say I can't Diposit in bank You must Diposit in the ATM machine.
Such a bad customer support. No at all understandable. Whatever the law is if the customers situation isn't understandable not at all worth a bank.

I really need an option for 0 rating. The service of the travel department is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have been using their multi currency travel card in Germany and it got hacked. I have complained them about this 10months ago and they have not taken any action to pay back the money for more than 10months. After sometime they stopped answering my calls and ignoring emails by saying it’s someone else’s job and they cannot do anything. I even had to tell the instruction that they need to be done, which shows how incompetent they are in their jobs. Never used their travel card for international transactions as it doesn’t have enough security in their system. They take the customers for granted and if you don’t have any personal connection with the BOC staff you are no longer a customer to them. Pathetic service
One of the highest buildings i have ever entered, for a formal visit and the reception Seems to know what they are doing, good access through building and the lift seems to be well maintained and fast. Even for few minutes i could find the place i wanted to go very easily.
