Pet Express handled my pet baby's transportation from London UK to Sri Lanka with ease. Pet Express was very efficient from the very first email to until they delivered my baby to me. Their communication was prompt! They are super fast in emails and WhatsApp! They cleared out all my doubts and gray areas. They were very transparent in their pricing. The UK office of Pet Express was very friendly too. My fur baby travelled on Srilankan Airlines direct flight and arrived in the afternoon on a Friday. The team at Pet Express Sri Lanka was very efficient in getting the pet cleared through Customs department within 2 and half hours and was quickly transported to the Animal Quarantine station which was nearby. The Vets were about to leave for the day..mind you that the pet arrived on a Friday.. Government Vets do not work on weekends. Pet Express ensure that the Government Vets were present and available when my pet arrived late evening and was cleared through Animal Quarantine service on the same day -- FRIDAY evening at around 4.30 pm!!! Their Customer Service is really extraordinary! They go out of the way to help their clients! I am one of those clients who ask thousands of questions as its my baby and not just a pet. I am very pleased! very delighted that we used Pet Express Sri Lanka! I would wholeheartedly RECOMMEND Pet Express to anyone who would require pet relocation services!! Special Thanks to the clearance team who did a marvelous job! Highly Recommended!

Shanaka and his team at Pet Express did an Amazing Job in moving my 02 girls from Sri Lanka to the UK! They took care of the complete process and it was seamless! Everything was perfectly done! Our 02 pet dogs Linda and Carrie flew from Colombo Sri Lanka arrived in London safely. Pet Express Sri Lanka team was excellent! If I need to do another move with my beloved 02 dogs, I will come back to Pet Express. When our pets were dropped off, both girls were in good spirits, and had clearly been well taken care of through the in processing. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you very much! Shanaka helped us with every step of the way in our dog's transportation. Get two stars for their efficient admin, costs were sent quickly and set out clearly. They lose stars as they wanted 9000 for two dogs to be sent to London, UK. Managed with some difficulty to get exactly the same flight route and service for half the price elsewhere. Saving of over 4000...

Great service by Shanaka and team!. We moved our dog Linda from Colombo to the UK few months ago. Worth every penny! Our pet dog, Linda, was very relaxed when we picked her up from London Animal Reception Lounge. Everyone was very helpful from the moment we made enquires to the very warm and friendly driver who picked her up for her flight. We never had to worry about paperwork. Everything was all taken care of. It was like a 5 star Butler service. I cannot praise Shanaka and team enough. Excellent and reassuring at every step of the way.
