Got the headphone for double the price compared to other places and in less than one week plastic cracked. Went there to sort it out and they blamed me that I should have dropped it or someone should have expanded too much. They said they have replaced devices that are out of warranty, but they can't replace this one with warranty. Later I learned that they have done similar things to my brother as well. He has tried to claim warranty for items that clearly can be seen as a faulty device, but they have done the same to him as well. Never go there if you want to get any warranty.
I have been passing the shop almost every day. Yesterday I happened to visit the shop to buy an earphone. I was amazed to see this shop having variety of accessories which I never seen in international. And the young boy helped me with so much passion I never seen in any of the shops. Great team....thanks

Very poor service. Info provided through phone is completely misleading. Sales girl lied when visited, saying that the technician is off for the day at 6pm. But on further inquiry he was there and never bothered to attend to my job saying he is busy.
