Just returned from the optician which claimed to give hearing aid services. I took my mum 84 years old frail lady there at 10 am today. The prim and proper lady who appeared in a white coat said they dont have the hearing aid services on weekends !!. No where in the shop have they advertised that hearing aid services are not available on weekends . This is bad services. Not even a word of apology from the staff. What a service!!
