One word pathetic. These guys have one of the worst after sales services that i have ever seen in my entire life. My gate is not working for two days and i contacted their emergency number which is a disrespect for the word emergency itself. They aren't bothered answering your calls or even to call you back with some decency. If you have bought a roller shutter from them good luck fixing it in your own. Dont waste your money on these scums.

Hopeless customer service. A gutter they installed needed repairing, it took several attempts to get them to visit. When they eventually came they took measurements and said they will do the repair in two days time. After two days they said the repair team was on their way, but later that day called to say they do not repair gutters! These incompetent idiots wasted 4 days, I could have got someone else in by now if they told me earlier. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!
the initial product is good, but during usage the you will have issues. Specially the locks and their aftersales service is quite terrible actually. once we make a complain, some one will come in about two or three days will say they need to replace the lock. but then they don't come to attend to the issue, even after several call :(!!! that is bad and we had to jump over the gate a couple of times, which is horrible!!! :( This is invain, cos their initial product is neat. So watch out if you are considering getting this set up.

They don't give the client a date nor time for an appointment. The technician calls the client 20 minutes before he comes asking if he could attend to the problem at hand. Unfortunately for thr client if you are not free ( within the 20 mintues) the technician will not be able to attend to your job that day and the client will be left to wonder when they are going to call and announce as to when they can come. I find this procedure highly unprofessional of Elcardo. Surely there must be a way where the company can notify clients as to the date and roughly a time the tecnician can visit the site; giving clients ample time to adjust their schedule to accommodate the timings of the Elcardo technical team.
