This is my 3rd post and countless calls to Eocardo company. story is we fixed the WPC product to our deck and I thinks either the sheets were not up to the standard or the instructions given in was wrong. Over a month I'm battling this situation and called Everyone from sales manager thulitha .. next logical step is for me to go and sit in the MD cabin .. I just need to know technical advise and a contact to get this fixed as no one is willing to fix this product .. the house is in Kandy and no one is coming to see it even .. I'm attaching some more pic .. anyone form the company reading this ... I don't not want to claim anything.. I just want this fixed .. hope it helps any other customers who is planning to buy this product..

One of the most unprofessional manufacturer in Sri Lanka. They came and measured the roof dimension for material order. Material delivered at site and I again ordered more than 100000 LKR material due to incompetent in their technical side. They delivered more down pipes instead of flashing. We found more cutting wastage due to their standard measurement. Account section keeps doing error in the billing and my supervisor needed to visit bank two time due to calculation error in the invoice. Wasting time and money.
Got a roller door an 4 wicket gates done November 2018 with 10 years warrenty from elcardo Kandy. Parts rusted by March 2019. Following numerous phone calls over 15 days to Niroshan the contacon person and to headoffice sent a person to check doors. That person saw that we use an iron hook to open and close the roller door and said that will deliver a rod for that with team that will repair door. Door was superficially painted but rod not delivered. Manager Kandy Elcardo is called Thulitha, a rude and arrogant person who refuse to do anything about the rod for the door. Best to avoid this company as they got rude staff and do not deliver what you pay for. Dr.Madhura
In Sri Lanka, you usually get used to bad service - not these guys. They were professional - very upfront about the costs - and were all round pretty awesome to work with, Keep up the good work!
