This is the worst after sale experience I have ever had.. The person who calls as the manager and the lady who answers the phone are really irresponsible and never keep their word.. My gate has a repair to be done and I am chasing after them since weeks but they haven't addressed it yet.. Every day I call and the lady keep saying tomorrow which is never happened.. Think twice before you buy a gate from them because after sale service is very important..

Great services ahead. You can place a roller door order and this company give you the completed order in 7 days. Sri Wijaya Industries since 1996 and they are the very experienced roller door company in Srilanka. You will get a 10 Year guarantee period for all of your Gates. Nice place and very friendly staff working here. When you get a repair they come to you in one day. I think this company will be a leading roller door company in SriLanka. This will be open at 8.00 am to 5.00 pm in week days and saturday is a half day.
Extremely quick response. Although there were minor defects during communication process. Overall their service is good and the finishing of the gate was excellent. Highly recommend this company for your needs.
Got a roller gate installed by Sri Wijaya and up to the installation they gave us a good service. responsive & professional. I hope they will maintain the same level of commitment for the maintenances and all other after sale services as well.
Ok.. I have a heap of negative things to comment on Sri Wiajay and no positive comments. If any one is thinking of going with Sri Wijaya please do not do so.. Long story short, these morons do not know how to do roller gates, service them and mostly how to talk to the customers.. My gate is just over 4 years old and every three months the stupid things breaks down. I have to wait for weeks for some one to come and fix it and every time a new guy turns up and acts as if he has come for charity even though we pay 1500 as visiting charges. I have finally decided to replace the roller gate. I would always suggest you to go with either three singha or elcardo. They are worth every cent you pay additionally over these bunch of morons. Would you believe they spray painted the gate after installing it to cover the installation scratches.. hmm so think twice about these guys...
