Terrible & Disgusting Company. No customer services whatsoever. Always problems with their products. Do not purchase any products or think twice before you do any! My reply to your answer! Its NOT 7 (SEVEN) years ago, its NOT even 4 years of your product been installed. Since then nothing but trouble. You must make sure you input accurate details of these information. As I found out about your CEO/MD should "Learn" how to respect & talk to customer. Think twice "CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT". I'm waiting to see how long would your repairs will last......& by the way I appreciate you handling the matter & would advise you should teach & Train your CEO/MD how to speak to your customers first! My opinion is you should be the CEO/MD and your CEO/MD should not be in the Roller master building even. Have a Great day Sir, thanks (compliments to mr. Janaka) 25th Feb '21 Mr Janaka, as you promised what happened my control unit? Are you returning the item fixed or non fix? This vehicle took my control unit but NO receipt given. You have to return my goods please !

From day one thay gave instructions properly how to build structure for roller door & inspect the site several time without any charge. Pretty happy about the way they handle my site & deliver the roller door above my expectation. Thank you Roller Master
These fellows do not understand what after sales service is. I had problems with the gate. tried calling them more than 1000 times but they never answered. then I went physically to their office in Vihara Mawatha several times and complained. they wrote down my details everytime and said a team will come to check and rectify the issue. but they never ever turned up. the most irresponsible people. especially there is a person called him self the Manager. always keeping on telling lies. have visited and complained more than 10 times already but nothing happend. even now I am standing in their office to get my job done but it seems like they are not bothered
Dont do business with these irresponsible people, please tech your staffs to negotiate with customers, very poor services, don't do business with them, they don't know how deal a customer service

Very poor service after you are done with the roller door unit with them. Guys, please don’t buy any roller doors from them. Very cheap people. There is a person called Bandara, the managing director who used to come just in a second when I asked to come and see the location to put a roller door unit. He used to send the quotation also in one, two days. There was an error of my roller door and it was stuck and when myself and whole family was trying to call him, he never answers the phone. We tried around 30-50 times , never returned any single call to us. Same as their hotline, nobody answered. We had to call Elcardo and asked whether they can help us to open the gate as I couldn’t even enter my car to the garden. That much, we were helpless and thank god, Elcardo just in time visited my house and fixed the unit. Guys, please don’t get caught with these kind of cheap people, specially Mr Bandara ( even you should not tell him Mr. , that much he is a cheap person) who is very tricky to talk well and get your business and afterwards, nothing. The customer is just a dust to them after the payment.
Worst service, even they don’t answer the calls . Am very disappointed ️ for the repair I contact them more than a year still no any response.. very poor
